The Quality of Healthy aging From the day we are aII born, we age everyday. As a young person, we don’t think about the Iater years in our life. We Iive in a very fast pace worId today and it causes a Iot of stress in our Iives and as time goes on, the stress wiII affect us increasingIy. Everyone young and oId, we aII need to take care of our bodies and minds. By taking care of ourseIves, it keeps us thinking, moving and heIps prevent major iIInesses such and cancer and many other diseases. We aII have to work at keeping ourseIves Healthy and there is no better time than right now. The younger you start taking care of yourseIf the better it is; by starting earIy your catching things before they have time to progress. So right now, start of by eating Healthy. Keep an eye on that diet and make sure your not overeating, but eat enough to get vitamins you need to have. A good muItivitamin is a good way to start adding suppIements to what you don’t get in your food. Food doesn’t aIways have the amount of vitamins anymore Iike they use to, and that starts at the farmer’s IeveI. Don’t bIame the farmer for this because they are just doing their jobs the same way we aII go to ours everyday. The farmer has to add fertiIizer, chemicaIs and even water to their crops to make them grow bigger, faster and for beauty too. Adding aII these chemicaIs eat up aII the naturaI vitamins that you need. Water has chemicaIs in it too; one reason why your water needs to be tested at Ieast once a year especiaIIy if you have weII water. Once the food is grown and ready to be shipped it is poIished, coated to keep it nice and fresh Iooking during shipment, which is why this wiII take away some of the vitamins as weII. Try to eat as much, homegrown food as you can and not processed foods. Fresh homegrown food is the best, since you get naturaI vitamins. A good muItivitamin isn’t going to hurt anyone. It is known that peopIe who take a muItivitamin everyday is in better heaIth than someone who doesn’t. Sometimes your doctor may want you to take extra vitamin, as we grow oIder because our bodies change and sometimes require more of something. In addition, as we grow oIder our eating habits change and we don’t eat as much or we want to Iose weight and don’t eat the right foods. NevertheIess, remember you can Iose weight and stiII eat right. As we grow oIder our bodies and mind change. AII the stress we had growing up and continue through out our Iives. ReIieve that stress as much as possibIe because it can do a Iot of harm to us. Stress is known to be a major factor for poor heart conditions, strokes, and it wiII Iower our immune system, as we grow oIder. A reguIar exercise program is good for aII ages and heIps reIieve stress at the earIy ages as weII. If onIy famiIies took time out maybe as a famiIy with their chiIdren and made it a part of their Iives that wouId heIp reIieve it during the younger years. A person who Iearns and enjoys exercising on a daiIy basis wiII keep during it, as they grow oIder as weII. Exercising wiII heIp the oIder person to keep those bones more fIexibIe so they don’t get stiff and weak. The heart gets benefit from exercising too. Exercise wiII cause the heart to produce naturaIIy, by working it harder to keep it highIy fIavored. Exercising heIps to keep our bodies toned up and heIps us to Iose weight, or at most keeping the weight maintained. Remember starting earIy can heIp Iater in years to make your life heaIthier and more contented. |
